The McKinney Independent School District is now accepting proposals for RFP2025-01- 633 WALK-IN COOLER(S), WALK-INFREEZER(S) AND REPLACEMENT PARTS. Proposals can be submitted on the McKinney Independent School District electronic bidding system link listed below by Wednesday, March 03, 2025, at 2:00 PM. At this time, all proposals will be publicly opened at #1 Duvall Street, McKinney, Texas 75069. Any proposals received after this time will not be considered. Faxed and emailed proposals will not be accepted.

A pre-proposal site visit will take place at multiple McKinney campuses on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. Additional information, including site addresses, can be accessed in the“Activities” section of the electronic bidding system.

Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required by owner upon contract execution.

Any recommendations for award will be presented on March 31,2025, at the McKinney ISD Board of Trustees Meeting. McKinney ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals for any or all products/services in this request and to waive informalities or defects as it deems in the District’s best interest.

It is the intent of the District to award the contract to a single vendor; however, it reserves the right to make awards to multiple vendors offering comparable products orservices. The decision to make either a single or multiple awards will be based on the District’s determination of which option provides the best value.
