The City seeks qualified Design/Build Firms for the design & construction of a Community Center, located on Blue Ridge Blvd. The Center is envisioned to consist of 2 full court basketball/volleyball courts with bleachers, offices, restrooms, multi-purpose rooms, walking track, concession/kitchen and storage facilities. Project will include site work, parking, landscaping, FFE and optional multi-purpose field with a budget of $4.25 - $4.75 million.
