Walder Park Renovation Design & Engineering

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Firm for design and construction administration services for the renovation of a public park. The selected A/E Firm shall have experience with design services relating to municipal parks. Walder Park is an existing park that was built in the early 1970’s. The park is approximately 2.8 acres. Some of the existing park features may remain located where they are or be relocated to a new location (refer to Exhibit A). The intent is to perform a renovation of the entire park site to provide updated amenities, new additional features, and correct issues with stormwater runoff into neighboring properties.
