Description:	OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to UTJ Holdco, Inc. DBA Teaching Strategies, LLC for the period of July 2025, through June 30, 2028, to gain access to the assessment tool SmartTeach® GOLD®, which Washington teachers use to document the levels of kindergarteners’ skills when entering school. The Contractor will also provide technical assistance to users so they are able to support Washington teachers and school administrators related to the assessment tool.
