WAKE FOREST FIRE STATION #6

Edifice LLC is the Construction Manager for the Wake Forest Fire Department. Edifice is currently seeking to pre-qualify contractors for subcontractor trade packages.

Wake Forest Fire Station #6 is a new building that is approximately 22,000 square feet. The building will be a two-story above-grade structure. Within the building, the first floor contains three double vehicle occupancy apparatus bays, training support shop, turnout gear storage, decon rooms and showers, emergency operations center/training rooms, offices, and fitness center. The second floor will have bedrooms, kitchen/dining, dayroom, mechanical room, laundry, and exterior patio.

An Outreach and Public Information Session about the project will be conducted in meeting rooms A & B within Wake Forest Town Hall at 301 Brooks St, Wake Forest, NC 27587 on August 5th, starting at 2:30 PM. Prospective bidders and suppliers can meet the project team and learn all about the project at this meeting. Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged for the networking opportunity.
