Wagon Road Park-n-Ride Phase 2 Landscape and Irrigation Improvements

RTD is looking for a responsible contractor to provide the Irrigation and Landscaping Services to the RTD Wagon Road Park-n-Ride listed in the provided plan drawings and the general and technical specifications. Maintenance work is to be invoiced and paid monthly per the bid schedule.

Contractor shall be responsible for providing the necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to install the overall landscape and irrigation design at Wagon Road Park-n-Ride as indicated in the plan documents and in the general condition and technical specifications. The work shall be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of the Contract, Plans, and Specifications for the proposed Irrigation and Landscaping Services.

During Phase One of the project, damage was done to the existing control wiring that runs the irrigation system on the south side of the facility. (The damaged wiring cannot be repaired; it must be replaced to make the existing system function again.)
Phase Two of this project proposes to both 1) complete the landscape design and 2) repair the connection of the irrigation system to allow for a fully automated system that does not require manual operation.
