Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 30th day of January 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

4. West Lafayette Campus – Wade Utility Plant Drain and Basement Header Upgrade - 2025

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 4 will be held on January 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held in Room 102 of the Utility Plant Office Facility (UPOF), located at 419 South Grant St., West Lafayette, IN. Parking is very limited around the Wade Facility. Therefore, 2-hour public parking on Grant Street is recommended. Site access will be with the Project Manager following the pre-bid meeting. Please bring /wear appropriate PPE (Hard hats, eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, slacks).
