Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 18th day of June 2026 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fees may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on May 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Room 102 of the Utility Plant Office Facility (UPOF), located at 419 South Grant St., West Lafayett, IN. Parking is available around the Wade Facility as well as 2-hour public parking on Grant Street is recommended. Site access will be with the Project Manager following the pre-bid meeting. Please bring/wear appropriate PPE (Hard hats, eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, slacks).
