ONLINE ELECTRONIC BIDS for the project(s) listed below will be received by the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) at https://www.bidx.com/maryland/main until 12 Noon Eastern time on the date specified below for the Bid Opening, at which time they will be opened.

This project, located in Washington County, is for the maintenance and preservation of environmental assets including the SHA Hagerstown Maintenance Shop (District 6).  Environmental Assets include but are not limited to landscape planting beds, individual trees, tree planting sites, turf areas, stream sites and wetlands within SHA facilities and right-of-ways, easements held by SHA, and areas under agreement with SHA

THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE PROCUREMENT
However, if small businesses do not show interest in this solicitation, the Procurement Officer
has the right to remove the SBR designation via an Amendment
LIVING WAGE RATES APPLY
BID BOND (PROPOSAL GUARANTY/BID SECURITY) WILL NOT BE REQUIRED;
PAYMENT BOND WILL NOT BE REQUIRED;
ANNUAL-RENEWABLE PERFORMANCE BOND WILL BE REQUIRED ON
CONTRACTS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $100,000
