PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this Request for a Standing Offer to obtain a rental service of snowmobiles, as well as various related goods and services, on as-needed basis, for the account and use of military personnel from the Valcartier Support Base (BS VA), Qc, during their operations or winter training in the province of Quebec, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
