Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Shoshone Field Office (Idaho) is seeking qualified sources capable of providing the following rentals:

The intent is to set up a BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement), likely for 5 total years, for four-wheel drive agricultural tractor rentals with 125 and 150 horsepower. Tractors will be rented on a ¿per month¿ basis, as required for reseeding of rangelands impacted by wildfire and in the mowing of fuel breaks. Contractor shall be available for field service calls should any mechanical problems arise with rented tractors, at no expense to the government. Twin Falls District BLM personnel will pickup and return tractors within 50 mile radius from Shoshone, ID.

Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management and capable of receiving government contracts. Interested parties should send capability statement or similar information to the Contracting Officer via email at cdodson@blm.gov no later than February 16, 2026.
