The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) has a requirement for updating its steam turbine power lab system. MAE department uses lab equipment like the steam turbine to teach Thermodynamic principals such as the Rankine cycle to 3rd year engineering students. Offerors must clearly demonstrate compliance with each Mandatory Evaluation Criteria (MEC). Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted before 2025-10-31 by 14:00 EST . All Offers submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
