The City of Covington (City) is seeking Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing design-build services for a project known as the Design-Build Construction Services for an Administrative and Operations Building for the Covington Water-Sewer Department (the Project). The building will be located at 1021 Williams Street, Covington, GA.
The Project is described as a 30¿ x 30¿ addition to the City¿s existing 30¿ x 50¿ Storage Building at the property. The City intends to engage a Design-Build Contractor through this RFP for the required services.

A mandatory site visit will be held at the City¿s existing building located at 1115 Elm Street, Covington, GA at 10:00AM on Tuesday, January 6, 2025.

Sealed Qualifications for ¿Design-Build Construction Services for an Administrative and Operations Building for the Covington Water-Sewer Department¿ will be received by the City of Covington Purchasing Department located at 2194 Emory Street, Covington, Georgia 30014 until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 16, 2025.
