This means that only Canadian Suppliers, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Canadian Content: The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. Offerors must complete the Canadian Content certification in the Offeror Declaration Form. If the Offeror fails to provide this completed certification as part of its offer, Canada will treat the goods offered by the Offeror as non-Canadian.
