This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is W912L7-25-Q-1701 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, effective 11 JUN 2025. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 with a small business size standard of $9M. This is a total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR subpart 19.5.

Background: VTS-Catoosa is a military training site for units/personnel performing weekend and Annual Training. The location is 43 Pistol Range Road, Tunnel Hill, GA 30755.

The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) requires the lease of portable latrines, and associated services, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in order to support TNARNG personnel conducting training at the VTS-Catoosa location.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources, management, personnel, materials, transportation, supplies, and equipment, necessary for the rental of the specified amount of latrines and dates that outlined in the attached PWS. There is no Government Furnished Property (GFP).
