Project Description: The project involves the demolition of the existing single-family home at 82 West Indian Lane in West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, PA. All buildings and associated impervious surfaces will be removed and replaced with grass. The Contractor is responsible for all erosion control, demolition, grading, soil compaction, trash/material removal, and local permitting. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract.
