2. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (diana.jones47.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W56HZV-24-Q-0001 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective

5. Contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions and at no additional cost to the Government.
