W.G. Lunney Lake Farm County Park-Boat Launch and Parking Lot Improvements

Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the W.G. Lunney Lake Farm County Park-Boat Launch and Parking Lot Improvements , located at 4286 Libby Rd. Madison, WI 53711 . This project involves labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform indicated demolition, earthwork, landscaping, asphalt, CIP & precast concrete, misc. metals, piping and all indicated site work to improve an existing parking and boat launch facility on Lake Waubesa and is being delivered under a lump sum contract.

The goal of this project is to upgrade outdated infrastructure. Work is expected to be performed in coordination with the operation of Lake Farm County Park and must comply with all applicable City of Madison, county specifications, ordinances, local and permitting requirements.

Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in earthwork, concrete & asphalt paving and the ability to manage projects of similar size and complexity adjacent wetlands and waterbodies.. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 11:00 am at 4286 Libby Rd. Madison, WI 53711 , and all questions must be submitted by Friday, March 6, 2026 . Bid packages are due by Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm .
