Description

The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Knox intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide boxed meals for applicants processing through the Phoenix Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), located at Phoenix, AZ 85004-1007. The period of performance begins 1 August 2025, or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 31 July 2026, with two one-year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 722310 (Size Standard: 47.0M) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal.



The RFQ will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 24 June 2025 with quotes due on or about 15 July 2025. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Vendors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed quotes or amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to Tara Glass via email at tara.e.glass.civ@army.mil and Darrell May at darrell.emay.civ@army.mil by 10:00 AM Eastern Time, 15 July 2025.
