2. Manufacturer’s part number 3965282 is restricted to authorized distributor CUMMINS, LLC.

3. Packaging Requirements are listed in SECTION D - PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIAL PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS).

4. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (ciara.l.woodard-brown.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W912CH-25-Q-0024 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
