This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government reserves the right to enter into discussions with all, some, or none of the offerors.

10. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:

The 66th Air Base Group Communications and Information Division (66ABG/SC) provides Hanscom AFB with network services to all the buildings on base. The 66ABG/SC division has a requirement for a service and preventive maintenance contract for two Audio Visual (AV) rooms in the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Center located on the 2nd floor of building 1612. One room provides Classified SVTC capability on the DISA GVS network, while the other room provides unclassified Microsoft Teams capability.
