Proposals are invited for the Duck Pond Water Quality Improvements â Pond Edge Restorationproject located in Blacksburg, Virginia. The awarded offeror shall furnish all labor, materials,equipment and services refresh and stabilize the duckpond edge as indicated in the plans for theupper and lower ponds that make up what is known as the Virginia Tech Duck Pond in Blacksburg,Virginia. Work involves use of rock ledges, cobble armor, stacked boulder and rock toes and nativeplantings for stabilization of the pond edge. The contractor is responsible for turnkeyproject/construction to include but not limited to the scope of work per the WSSI design documents dated December 3, 2025, as well as all construction protections, E&S controls, tree protections,plantings and cleanup.
