VSB-150-25-02, Georgia War Veterans Home Elevator Upgrades

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service (Owner) for the project entitled Georgia War Veterans Home Elevator Upgrades in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

Project scope of work: The purpose of this project is to modernize (2) hydraulic passenger service elevators per building in the Russell, Vinson & Wood Buildings and (2) traction passenger elevators in the Wheeler Building. Machine rooms and elevator pits are included in the Scope of Work.

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
