VSB-148-24-01C, GWVH Wheeler Paving Phase 3

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service (Owner) for the project entitled Georgia War Veterans Home Wheeler Paving Phase 3 in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

Project scope of work: The project consists of milling and repaving the existing Wheeler Building Service Drive in front of the Birdsong Building on the Georgia War Veterans Home campus with standard and heavy-duty paving. Re-striping the CBOC parking lot to the west of the Food Production Kitchen (off Ernie Simons Veterans Way).

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
