The County of Ontario (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for RCO# B26044 Voter Notice Card . The County prefers electronic submittals via the eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny however, sealed paper bids can be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 pm prevailing time, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read via Webex meeting.

The Ontario County Board of Elections is looking for a vendor to supply 100% complete annual voter notice card print-and-fulfillment service for three years (with up to [2] additional [12] month renewals). Card printing and fulfillment services include the specifications as noted in the bid.
