THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6426Q0017 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.

(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333618 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees.

(v) Qty. 2 (two) Volvo Penta Aquamatic Drives, MFG Part # 23548865

(vi) Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, a unit of the National Park Service is seeking Qty. 2 Volvo Penta Aquamatic Outdrives in accordance with the attached Specifications. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around March 2026.

(vii) Period of performance will 90 calendar days after receipt of an award. All items shall be delivered within that time.

(viii - xiii) Please see the attached Combined Synopsis for a complete list of the provisions and clauses that apply to this solicitation.

(xiv) Not applicable.
