The School Board of Marion County, Florida is requesting carrier proposals for its voluntary group vision insurance. All required information and required forms included in the District RFP document must be completed and submitted as part of your response as well as the MCSB RFP 4173RC Proposal Response Form (Excel document) which is attached separately in VendorLink. The MCSB RFP 4173RC Proposal Response Form (Excel document) is to be completed in Excel format and uploaded in VendorLink as part of your submitted response to this RFP. A submitted response that is missing any of the required documents listed above may be deemed non-responsive.
