Aon is assisting Boulder County in the evaluation of Voluntary Benefits Programs, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity, to be offered to its employees. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements that must be met and solicits data that will be used to complete this evaluation. In order for your organization’s proposal to be considered, it is important that you follow the instructions outlined in the specifications document and respond to this RFP by March 20, 2024.

The information in this request should be considered completely confidential. No portion of this document may be reproduced without prior written consent of Aon and Boulder County. Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before the Close Date at
https://bouldercounty.bonfirehub.com/. Submissions will not be accepted by email, fax or hand-
delivery; unless otherwise noted.

Addendum:
At any time prior to the Close Date, Boulder County may alter, clarify, amend, delete or add to, in
whole or in part, any terms or provisions of this proposal.
In order to afford the Bidders a reasonable time for taking into account a material amendment
(the materiality of which Boulder County in its own discretion may determine) or for any other
reason, Boulder County may, at its own discretion, extend the Close Date.
