Vocational Services

The County of Orange, Probation (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Vocational Services . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

The County of Orange, Probation Department seeking vendors to provide Vocational Courses to youth housed at Orange County Juvenile Hall (JH), Youth Guidance Center (YGC), Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) and the Multipurpose Rehabilitation Center (MRC) with the goal of assisting the youth to obtain a vocational certificate or degree.

Courses may include, but are not limited to vocational training certification in one or more of the following areas:

Automotive, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Electrical, Culinary, Truck Driving, Welding, Computer Coding, Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Barber/Cosmetology, Carpentry, Graphic Design and Web Design.
