VLDA Mowing Maintenance Contract

The Valdosta-Lowndes County Development Authority is seeking bids for the mowing maintenance of undeveloped properties within industrial parks located in Valdosta, and Lowndes County. All prospective bidders will be required to show proof of liability insurance and workers¿ compensation certificate. All prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory meeting to review the scope of work and areas to be mowed. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Valdosta Lowndes County Development Authority offices located at 103 Roosevelt Drive, Valdosta Georgia 31602, Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Bid packages may be picked up at the Development Authority Offices, 103 Roosevelt Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602, 229-259-9972, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM. The bid opening will be Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Development Authority Offices, 103 Roosevelt Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read. No bids will be accepted after this time.
