The Valdosta Lowndes County Development Authority is seeking bids for landscape maintenance services for property owned and maintained by the Authority.

Pre-bid meeting to review the scope of work and areas to be maintained. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Valdosta-Lowndes County Development Authority offices located at 103 Roosevelt Drive, Valdosta, Georgia 31602, Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bid packages may be picked up at the Development Authority Offices, 103 Roosevelt Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602, 229-259-9972, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM. The bid opening will be Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Development Authority Offices, 103 Roosevelt Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read. No bids will be accepted after this time.
