Notice is hereby given that the City of Ballwin, Missouri will receive sealed proposals clearly
marked “BID OPENING: VLASIS PARK PLAYGROUND 23-16 ATTENTION CHRIS CONWAY” on
or before 10:00 A.M. CDT, Thursday October 5, 2023 to the City of Ballwin, 1 Ballwin Commons
Circle, Ballwin, Missouri 63021 Attn: Chris Conway.
Documents will be available September 14, 2023 by contacting the City’s Owner Representative, Navigate Building Solutions or jen@navigatebuildingsolutions.com .
All requests for clarification or additional information must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the City’s Owner Representative, Jen Kissinger at jen@navigatebuildingsolutions.com .
A pre-bid walk through will not be held but respondents are required to visit the site to observe all
existing conditions prior to submitting a proposal.
The City of Ballwin, Missouri reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to advertise for
new proposals if deemed necessary. Late proposals will be returned unopened to the submitting
company.
