FCSD will have a mandatory pre-bid meeting for the Vivian Ryan Complex
construction project. Meeting will be held on the campus of the Lincoln ABC
School, 149 Water St. Forrest City, Ark @ 1:00 pm, July 24th.
Construction Scope:
1. Siding
2. Metal roof replacement
3. Interior finishes
4. Signage
