Visual & Performing Arts for Supplies, Accessories, Repairs & Services

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Visual & Performing Arts for Supplies, Accessories, Repairs & Services that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.
The period of performance is from date of award to 08/31/2031 . All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 125+ campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

If you responded to and have been awarded to RFP # 24-008, your award(s) will still be valid until their expiration date, 07/31/2028. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS RFP IF YOU OFFER THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS & SERVICES REFERENCED IN ATTRIBUTE # 9 - SCOPE OF WORK
