REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP

The City of Lawrence's Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed proposals for Vision Zero Planning and Project Coordination Support for the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Initiative, in accordance with documents prepared by the City of Lawrence.

Sealed Proposals, marked SEALED PROPOSAL – VISION ZERO PLANNING SUPPORT, will be received until 5:00 p.m. July 7 ^th 2026 at the City Clerk's Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840.

The scope of work includes: Project coordination and engineering liaison support, grant reporting and match tracking, Vision Zero Task Force coordination, and bilingual community engagement.
