1 Overview
Iowa State University of Science and Technology is seeking proposals for a virtual onboarding software for the
university's online orientation, which serves roughly 1,500+ students annually. This solution needs to be a web-
based and accessible from any device with internet access.

2 Implementation Timeline
Ideally, the ISU team would like to see implementation orientation solution completed by December of 2024 to be
ready for summer and fall 2025 enrollment. The ISU team would be unavailable to assist with implementation from
May 20th to June 13th and from August 12th to August 23rd. Briefly describe your implementation and training
provided including approximate timelines for completion. If additional space is needed, attach under "Response
Attachments" tab.
