Virtual Drill Camp Competition Grading

AMENDMENT 0001: THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE PREVIOUS SOLICITIATION TO CLARIFY SOLICITATION VERBAGE

The action resulting from this opportunity will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order

Refer to the attached documents for the required service, details, and instructions(s).

Quoters/Offerors must meet the below expectations:

-Contractor must provide a Program Manager. The Program Manager must have a minimum of 10-years experience working with event management, organization of event structure, and organization of company staffing to ensure adherence to the contract and performance of the work.

-Contractor must provide a Competition Director. The Competition Director must have a minimum of 10-years’ experience working with drill & ceremony events. This person will oversee the drill & ceremony aspect of the competition to ensure integrity of the competition, judge performance and proper performance of the work.

-Contractor must provide information on the Program Manager and the Competition Director and an Alternate to each who shall act for them when these individuals are absent or otherwise unavailable. Both the Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager, as well as the Competition Director and the Alternate Competition Director, shall have full authority to act for the Contractor.

-Contractor must have a solid background in hosting similar previous graded national video competitions or other online judged events that will assure the Government the work can be done effectively. This experience will be a large factor in selecting a QUALIFIED contractor for this contract.

QUOTATIONS ARE DUE (CLOSING DATE/TIME): 24 JANUARY 2025 AT 4:30 PM (Eastern Time).

Quotes/Offers received after this date and time may be deemed ineligible for award.
