Virtual Desktop Services of Architecture Program - RFP Template

Project Description: We are currently using a Virtual Machine environment for our students. Our previous HWC IT director identified a solution and we used it to launch the service for our students. Due to the need to meet vendor requirements, we could only use this solution for one year. We then transitioned to a second provider. The virtual machine provided a similar environment. The second supplier will be discontinued so we went back to using our original provider and we are now proceeding to identify a service provider in accordance with CCC policies.
