The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to establish a Contract for the purchase of Garbage and Recycling services for the Vehicle Inspection Program (VIP), Northeast Clean Air Station and Technical Center locations. The initial Contract term shall be for 1 year and the total term shall not exceed 5 years. The Mandatory Specifications/Statement of Work for this RFQ are outlined in Section B.
