Bid Synopsis:	The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP), is soliciting bids for the production of medium to large format and corrugated plastic printed signage to be used at the Wisconsin State Fair Park and intends to use the result of this bid to award multiple, multi-year contract(s). The awarded Contractor(s) shall be responsible for printing the signage in accordance with the specifications provided and shipping all completed products to the Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin. The initial order resulting from this solicitation will consist of banner signage to be completed and delivered no later than July 10, 2026. All signage pricing shall be all‑inclusive and must cover proofs, digital setup, printing, and shipping. Additional orders may be issued in the future based on the results of this Bid.
