Bidders must visit BidExpress.com to be added to the plan holder list and to receive addenda. Attendance at the pre-Bid meetings is not mandatory but is recommended. Questions may be submitted via BidExpress.com. ITB documents are available at Bidexpress.com or at City Hall for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. This contract will be subject to the provisions of the State of Alaska Title 36, Wage and Hour Administration Pamphlet Statutes and Regulations, and will require 100% performance and payment bonds. |
