VINEYARD CENTER CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT / GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES

Project Description: The City of Vineyard (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to invite proposals from qualified Construction Managers and General Contractors (CM/GC) to collaborate with the City and its design partner, Method Studio, on the new Civic Center Facility. Located in Vineyard City’s new downtown area at approximately 1085 N 280 W in Vineyard, UT 84059, the Civic Center will house City administration, council chambers, a public library/market, Mountainlands Association of Governments (MAG) administration, and potential leasable space for future tenants. The City intends to compare and evaluate all eligible submittals and select the most qualified firm as outlined in subsection ‘4M. EVALUATION CRITERIA’ of this request. This is an RFP only and should not be interpreted as a solicitation for services or as a contract for services. Submittals should be comprehensive, concise, and directly responsive to the goals and format as outlined in this RFP.
