Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated February 25, 2026, and any addenda thereto, includes pavement reconstruction including new concrete curbing, sidewalks, curb ramps, and sidewalk; storm drainage system improvements; waterline and services; over 4,000 ft of CIPP sanitary sewer lining; and other appurtenant work.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $2,184,000.
The Project Completion Date is August 21, 2026.
