This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for Villeneuve Drainage Phase 4A as further described in Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”).

Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
•        Culvert supply and installation
•        Removal and disposal of existing culverts
•        Excavation
•        Roadway work
•        Placement of topsoil and seed over disturbed areas
•        Erosion control
