Village-Wide Resurfacing Program 2026
The Village of Plain City, Ohio is requesting Bids for the Village-Wide Resurfacing Program 2026.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received through BidExpress until May 22 at 12:00 PM
local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the Village Council
Chamber at the Municipal Building, located at 800 Village Boulevard in Plain City. The bid opening may
also be attended virtually through Microsoft Teams. The link to join is below:

This project consists of roadway resurfacing, full-depth pavement replacement, pavement repairs, and
restriping of East First Avenue and Converse Drive. East First Avenue will have new pavement installed in
parking areas. Jackson Street, Guy Street, Chillicothe Street, and the Pleasant Valley Joint Fire District
station will be resurfaced as the Village's budget allows.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found on BidExpress. Prospective Bidders
shall register with BidExpress as a plan holder. This website may be updated periodically with addenda,
and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Bidders shall direct all questions
regarding the project through the Question and Answer portal on BidExpress. All official notifications,
addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through BidExpress.
