BIDS WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ ALOUD

A Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required to be included with the bid. Bidders will also be required to review and follow the Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise requirements as established by The Village of Clemmons and contained within the bidding documents.

Bids shall be assembled in the following manner, consisting of two separate sealed envelopes. One envelope shall contain the bidder’s M/WBE information and their bid bond. A second envelope shall contain the bidder’s completed bid form. Both shall be marked with the contractor’s name, name of project, and date. Additionally, mark one showing “Bid Form” and mark one showing “Bid Bond and M/WBE Information”. Staple both envelopes together.

REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ARCHITECT AND THE OWNER WILL BE PRESENT
TO DISCUSS THE PROJECT AND TO PRESENT THE VILLAGE’S M/WBE
