BIDDING REQUIREMENTS | REQUIRED PRE-BID MEETING In efforts to ensure that all contractors bidding on this project fully understand the contract and scope of work, The Village of Deerfield requires mandatory attendance at a pre-bid meeting. This mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 11am located at the Village Hall Council Chambers, 850 Waukegan Rd in Deerfield, IL 60015. Bids shall only be opened from those who have attended this mandatory pre-bid meeting.
