VILLA RICA PARKWAY ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The City of Villa Rica will accept sealed bids from qualified contractors for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the VILLA RICA PARKWAY - ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents. The project begins at the south west side of the Intersection of N. Carroll Street and East Church Street and proceeds approximately 3,221 linear feet north west to the intersection of Mirror Lake Connector and Cleghorn Street. This work is per the Contract Documents for the City of Villa Rica¿s VILLA RICA PARKWAY - ROAD IMPROVEMENTS.

Bidders may only be placed on the Plan Holder List by attending the MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE for this project and/or obtaining a complete PDF set of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office: Falcon Design Consultants, LLC; Attn: Jami Brown jbrown@fdc-llc.com 235 Corporate Center Drive; Suite 200; Stockbridge, GA; (770) 389-8666.

The Mandatory Prebid Conference for this project will be held on Monday, January 19th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Villa Rica City Hall; 571 W Bankhead Highway; Villa Rica, GA 30180 as well as online.
