Villa Hermosa Fire Protection and HVAC Retrofit Project

Project Description: Opportunity Home is seeking proposals from independent contractors (“Respondent”) with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide a primary project of Fire Protection Retrofit System (“Primary Project”) with the possibility of award of a secondary HVAC Retrofit Project (“Secondary Project”) at Villa Hermosa apartments, located at 327 N Flores St. San Antonio. TX, 78205 (collectively called the “Projects”). The Primary Project and Secondary Project if awarded must be achieved Substantial Completion no later than 240 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (the “Substantial Completion Date”).
