Video Teleconference System Upgrade

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proposers for the purchase of a VIDEO TELECONFERENCE SYSTEM UPGRADE. This will be an Annual Requirements contract. Reference additional information under the Attachments Tab for specific requirements, terms and conditions.

The Purchase will be funded under a Federal grant (funding) issued by Nevada Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management Homeland Security. Certain additional requirements apply to this Contract over and above Nevada Revised Statutes. These additional requirements are set forth in the Federal procurement standards, which can be found at Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Part 200 sections (§§) 200.317 through 200.326, as well as FEMA policies and guidance associated with FEMA’s Public Assistance grants. All such federal laws, regulations and contract provisions shall be deemed to be inserted in the Contract and the Contract shall be read and enforced as though such federal laws and regulations and provision included therein. If through mistake, inadvertence or otherwise, any provision required by FEMA is not set forth herein or is not set forth correctly, the contract documents shall be deemed amended to correct such mistake and insert such provision correctly, it being the intent that all contractual provisions required by FEMA are incorporated herein.
